What a great day to have a meeting – cold wet and windy in Kilmore for our 6th AGM – at least we didn’t have to cancel a ride or anything serious like that.
We had a good turnup of members at the AGM who came an listened to our guest Kipp Kaufmann, the General Manager of Cycling Victoria (CV) introduce the organisation and explain how CV is moving from being purely road-rider focussed to becoming and organisation which is more relevant to all cyclists including recreational cyclists such as MBUG members. Depending on the type of cycling events you are interested in pursuing, Cycling Victoria may be a viable alternative providor of your cycling insurance as a Cycling for all membership will give you discounted and/or priority entry into CV-sponsored events such as .
