 s available)\nYes it's that time of the year again when we pit ourselves a
 gainst the climb out of the No. 3 Creek valley.&nbsp\; First though we wil
 l head out towards Lancefield to the Springfield Rd turnoff and warm up on
  the gentle climbs up to Springfield . There is a lovely descent with good
  views of Pretty Sally Hill before the challenge of riding out of the No 3
  Creek!&nbsp\;\nTo make the effort worthwhile\, John will again offer the 
 incentive of a free coffee or drink of your choice after the ride to all t
 hose who make it to the top without stopping.&nbsp\; Start training and go
