This week we will return to Yea for a lovely ride along quiet country roads and the Great Victorian Rail Trail. The route will take us out Killingworth Rd and after crossing the GV Highway we will join the Great Victorian Rail Trail along Native Dog Rd. and ride up to and through the iconic Cheviot Tunnel, pausing here for the obligatory photographs of course. Then it is time to play “who can coast the farthest” as we head downhill back to Yea for coffee at Flori e Casa at the corner of Anne St and the Melba Hwy, just up the road from your parked cars.
Much of this ride is on gravel, so MTB or hybrid is recommended
