Sunday June 25 – Wandong: A Mt Disappointment loop – take 2

We had to abandon this ride due to wet weather last month, so today Eadaoin will try again and take you on a relatively short loop up North Mountain Rd and (just) into the Mt Disappointment State Forest before heading back down to Wandong via Sheils and Scanlons Rds.  There will be an optional extension out and back along Ryan’s Rise Rd (for great views across the Dry and Sunday Creek valleys to Mt Piper).  Lotsa gravel, so bring the hybrid or MTB.

Meet for an 0930 start in Wandong in the small carpark between the Caltex and the Wandong shops near the Big Blue Bridge over the railway line.
