Sue and Tony Cuthbert have kindly made their home at 66 The Elms Boulevard Kilmore, available for the meeting.
The AGM will commence at 10.00am.
Tea and coffee will be available after the meeting, so bring along something to share with your riding colleagues.
Please register if you intend to come along so we know how many members to expect.
If you have an item you would like to add to the agenda, please forward this to secretary@mbug.org.au, by Sunday 12 July at 0800. If you submit and agenda item, please ensure you are able to attend the AGM and are able to speak to your agenda item or nominate someone who can.
If you are unable to attend, email your apology to secretary@mbug.org.au by 2100 on July 25 so it can be recorded in the Minutes
