Sunday July 23 – Craigieburn – Broadmeadows loop (mostly) along bike paths

Today we will meet in the small southern carpark of the Craigieburn Bunnings store.  From here Eadaoin will lead us down the Galada Tambore path to the M80 Ring Road path which we will follow west to the Jacana overpass.  Here we will fly down to the Moonee Ponds Creek trail and head north up through the Broadmeadows Creek Valley to Roxburgh Park.  Here we will move to the shared path alongside Aitken Boulevard which will take us all the way up past the Greenvale Reservoir and to coffee at the Lakeside Café.  We will return to our vehicles along the Malcolm Creek trail.

We are expecting all sealed surfaces, so you can bring the roadie (but beware of the omnipresent risk of glass along the Ring Road Trail )
