Paul will lead you on this new and scenic route commencing and ending in Wallan.
Heading from the starting point at Hadfield Park, you will make your way to the quiet roads through the beautiful Hidden Valley Estate. You will then make your way through the newer sections of the Springridge Estate, leaving the estate heading towards Old Sydney Road. As you pause for breather, look behind yourself to be rewarded with views towards the Great Dividing Range.
Continuing on Old Sydney Road you will cross the Darraweit Guim Road, gravel from here along the hill ridge, the views from here are spectacular. Next turn will be onto Stockdale Road, mostly downhill as you roll into Darraweit Guim.
After a spell at Darraweit Guim, you will retrace steps (or wheel turns) along Stockdale Road and Old Sydney Road, turning at Rowes Lane to start a very welcome decent into Wallan for a well-deserved coffee and treat.
