Today’s ride is around the Box-Ironbark forest of Heathcote and Costerfield.
- We will start from the rear of Gaffney’s Bakery High Street Heathcote.
- Travel to South Heathcote via Forest Drive, and onto Northern Hwy for about 1 kilometer, left turn into Warrowitue Rd and head north to Wappentake Lane.
- Turn left and head to the Heathcote Nagambie Rd and turn right to Costerfield. Take care, single file, a busy and narrow road.
- Return to Heathcote via Heathcote Costerfield North Rd.
Total distance about 33 kilometres.
Mountain or Hybrid preferable as roads are mostly unsealed.
