Eadaoin has built a new ride for us starting in a new location for MBUG – Montmorency Station. We will head downhill to the Diamond Creek Trail which will lead us onto the Main Yarra Trail. We will return to Monty along the Plenty River Trail for coffee at one of the several local cafes .
The ride is mainly along bike paths, however by necessity there are some back streets and on-road paths down through Templestowe we will need to take to connect us with the Koornung Creek Path which runs beside the Eastern Freeway.
Surfaces are a mix on sealed and gravel, so MTB or Hybrid are recommended.
