Today Richard will guide you on a peaceful and fairly easy ride along the Great Victorian Rail Trail and then down Greenslopes Rd. and back. How far you get along Greenslopes Rd will be up to the group, but if you ride all the way to Prue’s house the ride will be a 41km round trip.
Greenslopes Rd is quiet and offers picturesque views of the granite hills behind Trawool and Kerrisdale from a “north of the river” perspective which is not often seen by most of us. On your return to Tallarook you will enjoy coffee or beverage of your choice at the Hock the Ruby Cafe.
There is a fair amount of gravel road involved, so a hybrid or MTB is recommended.

Meet near the CWA park in Lodge St Tallarook for an 0930 start.
